HOW IT WORKS

When Citation Logistics assigns a new load to a driver or carrier, the information is sent to the mobile app. Drivers and Carriers that login to the mobile application will have a real time view of all loads assigned to the users designated phone number or email address. Once logged into the app, the user will be able to view pick up and delivery information, shipping documents, and any other necessary information or notes associated with the load. Using the App, users will also have the ability to take and upload photos/documents pertaining to the load.

NEW USERS

If this is your first time using the citation mobile app, you will need to download the app to your mobile device. For Android users, please download the app from the Google Play Store, IOS users can download the app from the iTunes Store. Once the application has been downloaded, click the Login button and select the Sign-Up link via your phone number or email address. Please note, you will need to sign up with the same phone number or email address that received the notification informing you that Citation Logistics has assigned a new load to you.

EXISTING USERS

Please login to your Citation Mobil App to view the details of the loads that have been assigned to you. Please ensure you are logging in with the same phone number or email that received the notification informing you that Citation Logistics has assigned a new load to you.
